Norman W. Graham has practiced law in Louisville, Kentucky for over 25 years, successfully
representing clients in real property and estate law matters in the areas listed below. His offices are
conveniently located in eastern Jefferson County. He is committed to providing his clients with honest, efficient and

About Mr. Graham: Mr.
Graham graduated, with honors, from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1980 with a B.S. in Administration and Management Science.
He received his J.D. law degree from the University of Michigan in 1985, and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1986. He
is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Kentucky.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Please call to schedule an appointment before visiting the office in order to avoid an un-necessary trip. Mr.
Graham is occasionally away from the office for meetings, court appearances, and so forth. Appointments at other times
available by request.
Initial Consultation and Legal Fees: A brief telephone conversation to discuss the nature
of the client's legal matter and to schedule an appointment is free of charge. Thereafter, clients are billed
at a standard hourly billing rate of $160 per hour. This rate includes all overhead and administrative expenses but
not direct out-of-pocket costs such as court costs, filing and recording fees, deposition expenses, express overnight mail
charges and title expenses. A flat fee is available for certain routine legal services.
For most matters a small retainer (usually $500) is required.
