About Mr. Graham:
Mr. Graham graduated, with honors, from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1980 with a B.S. in Administration and Management Science.  He received his J.D. law degree from the University of Michigan in 1985, and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1986. He is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. 

Business Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  Please call to schedule an appointment before visiting the office in order to avoid an un-necessary trip.  Mr. Graham is occasionally away from the office for meetings, court appearances, and so forth.  Appointments at other times available by request.

Initial Consultation and Legal Fees:
A brief telephone conversation to discuss the nature of the client's legal matter and to schedule an appointment is free of charge.  Thereafter, clients are billed at a standard hourly billing rate of $160 per hour.  This rate includes all overhead and administrative expenses but not direct out-of-pocket costs such as court costs, filing and recording fees, deposition expenses, express overnight mail charges and title expenses.  A flat fee is available for certain routine legal services.  For most matters a small retainer (usually $500) is required.
